Hey there folks! After having these samosas tried and tested by my friend, Mert, I therefore have it on good authority that these little parcels of delight are well worth making. The best part? SO SO easy to prepare and bake!
Top tip: Use Filo patry! That is right! I found that using this style of pastry creates a light and flaky texture- perfect for any samosa.
On the side, I simply put together a light dip of natural yoghurt, black seasame seeds and some chilli flakes. PERFECTION!
