Merhaba! Would you like a quick yet utterly moorish snack which is healthy and light? Yes? Yes? Perfect! I have just the dish for you. My Turkish spin on scrambled eggs made the right way will leave you wanting more, it really is that delicious.
There is not much to it really, all you need is three eggs,1 medium sized onion, 2-3 tomatoes, 2 green peppers, and spices such as 1tsp ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp ground red pepper, salt, oregano, and mint.
Simply, lightly fry the onion with one tablespoon of virgin olive oil, then the green peppers. Once the onions become soft and lighter in color, the tomatoes (chopped) and peppers are ready to join the mixture. Once the tomatoes are soft and have changed in color, it is time for the eggs. Once this has been integrated and the spices are added, cook the eggs fully but not until they are dried.
